Enter your email and the 12-digit UPI reference number (UTR) from your payment receipt.
Once I've matched your payment, the download link goes to your inbox. That's usually within a few hours, 9 AM – 10 PM IST.
Open the payment in your UPI app. GPay calls it the "UPI transaction ID", PhonePe calls it the "UTR" and Paytm calls it the "UPI Ref No". It's a 12-digit number.
I check every payment myself, so it isn't instant yet. It's usually within a few hours between 9 AM and 10 PM IST. If you haven't heard from me within 24 hours, email me and I'll sort it out immediately.
